Dr. Bramhall's residency consisted of 2 years of general surgery and 4 years of otolaryngology and head and neck surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. He received extensive training in pediatric otolaryngology, sinus surgery, and the surgical management of benign and malignant tumors of the head and neck with a particular interest in thyroid and parathyroid neoplasms. Other skills include repair of complex wounds after facial cancer removal and trauma. Interests in addition to medicine include wood working, hunting, fishing, his children and active membership and involvement at The Village Church in Highland Village, Texas.
Dr. Evans is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist who has practiced in the Lewisville area since the completion of his residency in 2006. A native Texan, Dr. Evans grew up in the Lubbock area, and after graduating summa cum laude from Texas Tech University in 1997, he attended Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine
Dr. Evans is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist who has practiced in the Lewisville area since the completion of his residency in 2006. A native Texan, Dr. Evans grew up in the Lubbock area, and after graduating summa cum laude from Texas Tech University in 1997, he attended Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society as a junior. After obtaining his medical degree in 2001, Dr. Evans completed an internship in general surgery and residency in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. His training included service at The Methodist Hospital, St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital, Ben Taub General Hospital, the Michael E. Debakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Texas Children's Hospital, and MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Dr. Evans' professional interests include all aspects of adult and pediatric otolaryngology with a particular interest in surgery for thyroid and parathyroid disorders. He is active in several professional societies including the American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, American Academy of Otolaryngology, Texas Academy of Otolaryngology, Dallas Academy of Otolaryngology, and the Denton County Medical Society. His outside interests include spending time with his wife and three children, playing a variety of sports and most outdoor activities including camping, hunting, boating and water skiing. He is also an active and involved member at Trietsch Memorial United Methodist Church in Flower Mound and on his list of priorities, puts God above all else.
Benjamin Hull, M.D., is a board-certified otolaryngologist and fellowship-trained rhinologist. He joins the team at Associates of ENT Surgery to provide comprehensive ENT services with a particular focus on sinus-related procedures, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, functional rhinoplasty, and surgical removal of adenoids and tonsils.

Dr. Hull received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his otolaryngology residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, followed by a Rhinology Fellowship at Vanderbilt University. He comes to North Texas following several years of providing ENT care in Southwest Virginia.
A perennial awardee as a national “Top Doc” and recipient of numerous community and humanitarian awards, Dr. Hull is an active volunteer and community member. He now resides in the DFW Metroplex with his wife and four children.
Julie has been a practicing Audiologist in the DFW area for over twenty years and with Associates of Ear, Nose and Throat surgery for over five years. She received a Bachelor's degree in education and Speech-Language Pathology in 1987 and a Master's degree in Audiology in 1989 from the University of North Texas. Julie is a Fellow of the

Julie is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and is licensed by the state of Texas to practice Audiology and dispense hearing aids.

Copays are due at the time of appointment prior to being seen in our office.
Current insurance cards must be presented at the time of appointment. It is the patient's responsibility to inform the office of any changes in insurance. Failure to do so may result in denial of visit coverage by the insurance company and charges will become the patient's responsibility.
We are happy to see patients who do not have insurance coverage. Payment is due in full at the time of appointment and our office would be happy to give you an approximate cost estimate.
